I have been really busy lately, but did manage to bake a few things.

This is a peanut butter chocolate tart with a pretzel crust.

There's something about a mini pie that makes eating more fun. These mini apple pies were tasty.

 This is a banana cream pie with a coconut crust...that's right, the crust is toasted coconut, with butter, and that's it. Yummmm. I also made the custard from scratch and topped it off with whipped cream.

Hubby has a strange sense of humor and this editing of the Cheerios box was his doing. Look at The Chief's shocked face in the background.
