This Thanksgiving we went over to our friend's house. They are from Louisiana and don't have family in Omaha either. We had a nice time, but I forgot to take pictures of the food. I made rolls, the gravy and a Maple Cheesecake with an oatmeal pecan crust. I actually made another version of the same thing last year, but I like the one I made this year even better.
This is the only photo I have from Thanksgiving. Jessica made her cute apron.
The next morning we went to an early showing of the movie Frozen. If you go before 11am the tickets are $5. The theater was just remodeled and all the seats are electric recliners. So awesome!! We bought three seats and our family of five fit very comfortably.
